Visit the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute & Zoo – home to mountaineering history and rare wildlife.
Explore a lush Tea Garden and taste authentic Darjeeling tea.
Evening free to enjoy local food (don’t miss momos & thukpa).
Day 3: Spiritual & Scenic Farewell
Visit the serene Peace Pagoda & Japanese Temple.
Explore Rock Garden or Lloyd’s Botanical Garden for a peaceful walk.
Last-minute shopping at local markets for tea, woollens, and handicrafts.

Sikkim – 6 Days Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Gangtok
Arrive in Gangtok (via Bagdogra/NJP).
Check-in at hotel/homestay.
Evening stroll at MG Marg – enjoy local food, shopping & vibrant vibes
Day 2: Gangtok Local Sightseeing
Tashi View Point – Kanchenjunga sunrise.
Ganesh Tok & Hanuman Tok – serene hilltop temples with great views.
Namgyal Institute of Tibetology – Tibetan culture & heritage.
Do Drul Chorten Stupa – one of Sikkim’s largest stupas.
Evening free at MG Marg cafés.
Day 3: Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir
Full-day excursion to Tsomgo Lake (Changu Lake) – a glacial lake at 12,400 ft.
Visit Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir (famous temple with history).
(Optional: Nathula Pass visit, depends on permit & weather).
Return to Gangtok by evening.
Day 4: Gangtok to Pelling
Drive to Pelling (approx. 5 hrs).
En route visit Ravangla Buddha Park.
Evening: Leisure time at Pelling, enjoy Himalayan sunset views.
Day 5: Pelling Sightseeing
Pemayangtse Monastery – one of the oldest monasteries in Sikkim.
Rabdentse Ruins – ancient capital of Sikkim, with history & views.
Khecheopalri Lake – sacred wish-fulfilling lake.
Kanchenjunga Falls & Rimbi Waterfalls – refreshing nature spots.
Day 6: Departure
Morning walk at Pelling with views of Kanchenjunga.
Drive back to NJP/Bagdogra for departure
